Fox Plugs First ‘9-1-1’ Trailer During World Series

Production only just began on Ryan Murphy’s new drama 9-1-1, but Fox isn’t wasting any time in promoting his latest broadcast series. The network unveiled the first trailer during Friday’s Game 3 of the World Series. Not only is it Murphy’s first effort on Fox since Scream Queens, but both Connie Britton and Angela Bassett have made appearances in multiple Murphy projects. The promo also confirms that the series won’t be held for very long, come midseason. It’s premiering in January, a time generally reserved for the network’s most hyped new series. Its a great honor to provide our services to the post production team and we can’t wait for the premier!

“Den of Thieves” Trailer!

Gerard Butler is one tough cop in STXfilms’ recently released action-heavy trailer to its upcoming crime thriller, Den Of Thieves, which, from the video, raises the question of who’s more dangerous, the cops or the criminals? From first-time director Christian Gudegast,  who wrote the screenplay based on a story he crafted with Paul Scheuring. Also starring Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson, Pablo Schreiber, and O’Shea Jackson Jr., the plot follows the intersecting and often personally connected lives of an elite unit of the LA County Sheriff’s Dept. and the state’s most successful bank robbery crew as the outlaws plan a seemingly impossible heist on the Federal Reserve Bank of downtown LA. The film is produced by Gudegast and Tucker Tooley, who spent over 10 years developing the project together, along with Gerard Butler, Mark Canton, D. Scott Lumpkin and Alan Siegel. Executive producers are Lumpkin and Glenn D. Feig. We are lucky enough to be working with the post production team at our Studio City facility and are so excited to be providing technical support to such a highly anticipated film! Check out the trailer below and be sure to see Den of Thieves in theatres January 19, 2018.

Official Trailer: “12 Strong”

The 12 Strong trailer is here to make you feel all sorts of feelings. Chris Hemsworth is starring in the war drama, based on Doug Stanton’s nonfiction book Horse Soldiers: The Extraordinary Story of a Band of US Soldiers Who Rode to Victory in Afghanistan. The story begins on Sept. 11, 2001, when Captain Mitch Nelson (Hemsworth) and his wife (Hemsworth’s real-life wife Elsa Pataky) watch the attack on the Twin Towers. The next day, Mitch is chosen to be one of 12 soldiers to go into Afghanistan and fight the Taliban . . . on horseback. Are your tear ducts ready for this? What if I told you there’s a slow cover of Tom Petty’s “I Won’t Back Down” involved?  12 Strong, which costars Michael Shannon and Michael Peña, opens on Jan. 19, 2018. A big thanks to the post production team for choosing EPS-Cineworks for all their post production technical needs!
